How to measure
The most effective way to measure and ensure a great fit is to take a shirt you already own and lay it flat. Measure the flat shirt from below the armpit for the CHEST measurement. Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem to get the LENGTH measurement. Compare those measurement's against those listed in the chart. Remember that it is hard to measure fabric so account for some error and be conservative.
